MTBI (Myers Briggs) -> This is a very popular system that uses its own version of function theory to tell users about themselves in sometimes accurate fashion, and other times inaccurate fashion. MTBI's main problem is its attempt to appeal to a users positive traits and steer clear of users bad traits. More emphasis is placed on highlighting what a person is supposedly good at while over generalizing what exactly can be determined from a persons personality type. Many things are speculated and claimed that obviously can't be proven but also stretch what one could hope to learn from personality types.
