Input/Output

Under utilization of input

If a person under-uses input, they can get caught only accepting the type of input they "accept" and ignoring all other input

This can give the illusion of having a well developed input when in reality other aspects of your internal state are individually underdeveloped. I.E consuming educational content but refusing to consume constructs through creative play (Personal Construct Psychology) and thus keeping their internal deciders (constructs) rigid and not developing.
